Cameron : I’m here with Christine and on Saturday the 11th of March, she will celebrating her four years with Core Health Coaching. There’s a couple of questions I’m sure other clients would want to know. First one. How have you stuck at it for four years?
Christine : I enjoy it as much as much as I whinge when I’m here. I enjoy it. I’ve enjoyed the results that I’ve gotten. I feel fitter, I feel healthier, I feel stronger, and I enjoy feeling fitter, healthier, and stronger.
Cameron : Awesome.
Christine : It makes my life better. It’s worth continuing for me.
Cameron : Great.
Christine : I’ve made it fit in with my routine. Living close by or fitting it in with my between work and home. It’s worked.
Cameron : Okay. More importantly, how did you put up with Cameron’s humour for four years?
Christine : It’s probably the other way around. Would I still be here after four years if there was no humour?
Cameron : Okay. Would you agree that having a lighthearted sometimes is beneficial?
Christine : Absolutely.
Cameron : Okay.
Christine : Absolutely.
Cameron : If you had someone that was starting exercising, what would you say to them?
Christine : The first couple of months is the hardest. Stick at it, and it gets easier, and you’ll be surprised how much easier it gets.
Cameron : Okay. Good advice. What is it that you love the most? What is the single thing that you love the most?
Christine :I actually enjoy hanging out and doing it with a group of people, and not it being me alone on a treadmill, or trying to run, or stay motivated by myself. I like being part of a group.
Cameron : Okay, great. Is there anything you want to add?
Christine : Thanks for putting up with me for four years.
Cameron : It’s been my pleasure Christine.
Christine : My whinging
Cameron : It’s just expressing your emotion that you feel at the time, so that’s perfect. All right. Thank you Christine.
Christine : You’re very welcome.
Cameron : From my side, I really have enjoyed your support, and your company, and your friendship, and definitely how you interact with the group. I thank you for being with us for four years. It’s been an absolute pleasure.
Christine : Awesome. It is a friendship.
Cameron : Right, it is.
Christine : Yeah, we are friends.
