Deborah: Good, lovely. Thank you, Cameron.
Cameron: Thank you, Deborah.
Deborah: It’s been a pleasure to meet you, Cameron. Cameron turned up at Joe and Norma’s store just before the store opened. I thought, “Well, this guy is great. This is amazing what he’s doing”. It’s just wonderful now to meet the people that are all involved in Cameron and Tracy’s business. Fantastic.
What I’ll be cooking now is wild salmon pasta. It’s a gluten-free pasta, which is the most beautiful pasta there is. The combination of (organic) brown rice and (organic royal) quinoa and (organic) amaranth. Here is the pasta, red onion, (wild) salmon. It is a beautiful sustainable, wild red salmon and rocket. Okay?
I have just put together lemon juice, olive oil, some garlic. So it is the fresh beautiful Russian garlic that we sell which actually not Russian its Australian. I just grate finely with the beautiful Himalaian salt – that’s the pink salt. So that’s what’s in there.
