Corrective Exercise and Rehabilitation is a speciality that a number of Personal Trainers do not enjoy. We love seeing the results of our clients and working with other specialists – Physiotherapists, Remedial Massage Therapists, Bowen Therapists, Chiropractors, etc. to get the best for our clients. Seeing someone come from limited movement, injury, surgery or pain to then be able to move freely and without pain is very rewarding for our Personal Trainers. It also means that they we bring this additional level of experience and knowledge to our other clients, to ensure that they do not get injured.

Cameron Corish has taken the time to set a Corrective Exercise and Rehabilitation program for me that will help my body to work in the way it should as I will just do what I want which isn’t the best and Cameron Corish has to put up with me calling Corrective Exercise and Rehabilitation program – the old lady exercises which he has a laugh about and he doesn’t put up with my BS which is good for me as I like a person to be straight to the point and he certainly does that. He is also trying to get me to eat a lot healthier which in the long run will help me in the long run if I do bitch about as my food habits weren’t the best as it was 80% crap and 20% good which I have started to turn that around with the help of Cameron.
One of the best things about Cameron Corish is that you can have a good bitch and laugh with him and he will always leave you with a smile on your face which will make anyone’s day. I have found since being with Cameron Corish I am able to move a lot better that when I first started with him which shows me if I listen and persist with my Corrective Exercise and Rehabilitation program (old lady exercises) I will be able to do things that I couldn’t do before hooking up with Cameron.
